A lot of Muslims claim that Ramadhan Fasting (RF) is healthy because Intermittent Fasting (IF) is healthy. They think both of them are equal while they are massive differences between them.

How to break Intermittent Fasting

  1. Consume calorie - which mean drinking 0 calorie drinks is fine

How to break (invalidate) Ramadhan Fasting

  1. Drink
  2. Eat
  3. Have sex
  4. Using inhaler
  5. Taking medicine
  6. Fainted and remain unconcious until maghrib
  7. Menstruation
  8. Child birth
  9. Some scholars said you need to perform your daily prayers too
  10. Going insane
  11. Ejaculation
  12. Picking your nose

Do you also know what is so stupid about Ramadhan Fasting? If your RF is invalidated, you have to make up for it for another day.

Ramadhan Fasting minimum time

  • the time difference between Fajr and Maghrib, you could technically “fast” for 1 hour if it’s winter. (What a joke)
  • you could also need to fast for more than 16 hours if it’s summer. (Imagine unable to drink water in the hot summer for 16 hours)
